When can I start?

You can start immediately. Once you sign-up, you will receive information through email for accessing the various components of the program.

How much of my time will this take?

The Superstar Social Media Coaching Program is uniquely designed with the busy person in mind. You are able to access the coaching materials at your own pace and at your own convenience. Sessions are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and are recorded. The workshop on Thursday is the opportunity for us to interact directly with one another at the same time.

What type of results are your other clients getting?

Our clients are getting results and are very happy with the knowledge, skills and understanding they gain about social media marketing. Each person is different. The results you achieve depend solely on your implementation and follow-through of dotJenna's training systems. If you follow the techniques and work to build a cohesive network, you will achieve results. Other Superstars are soaring online and getting more and more popular in their respective niche-areas every day!

Can you train more than one person at once?

Each Membership is for one person only. If there are additional people in your organization who will be assisting you with social media marketing or handling it for you, we highly recommend that you purchase two memberships. It's important for everyone who is working on your social media campaign needs to be on the same page.

Can you train my assistant?

Yes, our program is set-up to train your assistant, your marketer or anyone else in your organization who will be handling the social media for you.

Are your sessions recorded?

Do you train any other businesses besides Realtors?

Yes. The Superstar Social Media Coaching Program is great for Realtors, but it is also applicable to other businesses as well. We have all sorts of small business owners who succeed in our program including: photographers, insurance agents, title company reps, home inspectors, roofers, marketers, students and entrepreneurs.

Do you have Realtors from my current company in your program?

dotJenna has trained Realtors nationwide in a variety of Real Estate Offices. We have Superstar Clients from a vast array of brokerages, including: Ebby Halliday Realtors, Keller Williams Realty, RE/MAX, Weichert Realty, Coldwell Banker, Exit Realty, Century 21 and much more!

Is there MCE Credit?

There is no MCE Credit (real estate continuing education accreditation) at this time.

What is the difference between this and the ePro Course?

This program is different from the ePro Course because the Superstar Social Media Coaching Program is a live, real-time, hands-on coaching program that assists you in set-up, management, implementation and accountability. We also delve deeper into the process by going beyond the technical aspects of using the various social sites, and into the psychological and sociological processes inherent to making sales and generating leads online.

When and where are the Coaching Sessions?

The live coaching sessions are held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm CST. Sessions are conducted via Conference Call, Podcast, Webinar and Live Chat on Facebook.

What tools do I need?

You need a computer, internet access and a Facebook account. Beyond that, there are many tools that you may want to acquire gradually as you learn and become more proficient.

Do you offer technical training as well as strategy?

YES! That’s the beauty of the Superstar Program. We are focus on both the technical aspects of social media such as setting up your accounts and performing tasks, as well as the underlying strategy that helps fuel the process to get you fast results.

Is there an Contract to sign?

There is no contract to sign. The Superstar Program is a month-by-month program. You may cancel at any time with a 15 day notice. Your first month you have a 30 day money-back guarantee. You need only agree with our Terms of Service and are not obligated to sign any long-term contracts.

How long must I commit to the program?

The Superstar Program does not have a time-limit. You may stay in it for as long as you like. The certification process takes about six months. Many clients stay in the program longer than 6 months, even after they are certified because we offer so much valuable information.

Will it help me if I don't know anything about web marketing?

If you don’t know anything about web marketing or social media, that is okay. We’re here for you. We’ve got the tools and information you need to get started. We do recommend that you have a basic understanding of how to use the computer, email and picture uploading. Everything else, we’re able to teach you with step by step instructions within the program sessions.

Do you teach the Facebook basics?

YES! The Program provides Facebook marketing from Basics all the way to Advanced users. New information is being added weekly to make the Coaching Center all the more valuable. You will be able to stay on top of upcoming changes on Facebook, and trends on the site.

Can I get business through Facebook?

YES! People are making money and building their businesses through Facebook.
